AtmosClear Canada Inc, Terra Verde Emissions Credits Inc and Ecotility Corporation signed a joint venture agreement to develop carbon offset projects in Canada.  Projects under development, discussion and/or to be marketed are expected to focus on opportunities identified in the forestry sector with the aim to use wood waste and biomass, and promote the production and use of biofuels to displace fossil fuels.
