AtmosClear is diversifying its supply of emission reductions to include both compliance and voluntary units, including VCUs from carbon sequestration, renewable energy, mini-hydro, landfill gas collection and use, and coal mine methane utilization. In the US, we are working on several projects that we are confident will feed into the compliance markets, as well as a few transport projects that will sell emission reductions into the voluntary market. With our Canadian partners, we are also pursuing projects that will comply with Alberta and Canadian compliance markets as well as the Canadian voluntary market.  AtmosClear has contracts to purchase almost 50,000 VCUs per year from forestry projects, and will purchase from one of these projects up to 36,000 VCUs per year for a 5-year period. We also recently signed a multi-year purchase agreement to buy VCUs from a renewable energy mini-hydro project, and contracted to purchase verified reductions from a European coal mine methane capture and use project. In 2009 and 2010, among others, we will be working on biofuels and farm waste digestor projects, and help the producers of "green" natural gas and liquid fuels to monetize emission reductions associated with reducing methane emissions and displacing fossil fuels in air and/or road transport. Â
