We are also seeing widespread support, acceptance and convergence around a few standards for VERs. Clarity is still needed around the need for ownership of emission reductions; we would not sell anything that we do not have direct ownership of and clear legal rights to sell. Apparently, some participants in the market are less concerned about this issue.
